DELLSHIRE RESORT

Designed as a virtually integrated resort experience, Dellshire Resort blends immersive design with elevated service and mixed-reality elements. Backed by heavily wooded terrain, the site creates a sense of retreat and privacy that will remain intact even as future phases are developed, allowing guests to feel immersed in nature rather than the bustle typically associated with the Wisconsin Dells. The Renaissance-themed resort sits on prime real estate overlooking a flowing creek with sweeping views of the Wisconsin River. Guests arrive at a guarded entrance, where Golspar, a 60-foot fire-breathing dragon, establishes the scale and theatrical storytelling carried throughout the property. Exterior architecture features ornate sculptures, flaming torches, cathedral-style windows, and custom stonework, while the interior experience unfolds in a grand lobby defined by a second dragon, a reflecting pool, and a monumental staircase.

Opening in spring 2026, the initial phase includes 208 guest rooms, six indoor and outdoor pools, three restaurants totaling 350 seats, a Keystone Event Center, and a two-story super arcade. Hospitality operations will be led by Pyramid Global Hospitality, a globally recognized hospitality management company known for delivering exceptional service standards across luxury and lifestyle destinations. Future phases will expand the resort with additional rooms and distinctive lodging, including earth homes burrowed into the hillside and elevated treehouses, connected by a canopy walkway. At full development, Dellshire Resort will span 48 acres and approach 500 rooms.
