  • Troubleshoot System Deficiencies and Direct Corrective Actions
  • Support Project Superintendents and Managers in Resolving Design & Construction Issues
  • Identify Lead BIM Coordinators for each Subcontractor and Establish Schedule for a Complete Clash Free Project


  • Assist Subcontractors and Suppliers with Planning and Coordinating Activities with Others
  • Plan and Coordinate Construction Activities to Minimize Outages
  • Monitor Staffing to Ensure Project Resources are Capable of Meeting Schedules
  • Develop MEP Startup, Balancing and Commissioning Schedules and Coordinate Activities
  • Coordinate Completion of Punchlist and Commissioning and Confirm Commissioning Data has been Communicated to the Validation Agent for Independently Validated Projects
