The first phase of the School District of Reedsburg’s capital referendum, which consisted of remodeling the library into the Innovation Center and renovating the cafeteria, finished before school started in 2025. The second phase is currently starting, with foundations underway. Consisting of an addition and renovation to the Career & Technical Education Department, the high school’s Agriculture Education program is being expanded with a larger greenhouse, aquaponics room, large and small animal lab, and a revamped classroom. The manufacturing shop is being redesigned to include additional welding booths and new equipment. To address previous logistical issues, the construction wood shop is receiving an addition to store rough lumber, which can be delivered directly outside instead of being transported and stored inside the shop. Existing storage rooms and offices will be demolished, creating a large auto shop with industry-leading tools. Designed by EUA, flexible classrooms can be used for multiple educational purposes, while the dedicated collaboration space creates a friendly gathering area. Kraemer Brothers has partnered with the School District of Reedsburg since 1956, including the construction of the High School in 1997. We are excited to continue this long-standing relationship.
