SAFETY
Kraemer Brothers has long understood the importance of safety as it relates to the protection of its greater assets, the employee group. We understand that a state construction environment protects not only our employees, but minimizes the risk to the owner and creates mutually beneficial cost savings.
ACCOUNTABILITY
A critical component of a successful safety program is accountability for results. Kraemer Brothers holds each person responsible for the safety and well being of their co-workers. A portion of the annual review and compensation for the key employee group is directly attributed to the safety performance on their jobsite. Also, individual accountability includes safety hour deductions, time off without pay, or termination.
INCENTIVE
To further insure the Company's commitment to the safety and well being of the company members, Kraemer Brothers provides one of the top Safety Incentive Programs in the Midwest. The program is designed not only to motivate employees to perform their work in a safe manner, but will recognize the achievements of those employees who commit themselves to accident-free work.
